Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, you’re never too old to take a photo with Santa during the holiday season! We’ve rounded up five of the best places in Sin City for you to meet the big guy through Christmas Eve, while also enjoying some yuletide holiday cheer in the process. Also, here’s your chance to explain your year to Santa, no fibbing!

Town Square


Located just off The Strip, Town Square is a popular outdoor shopping center that features all the top stores and premium brands you’ll be looking to pick up gifts from, along with some fantastic restaurants to dine at afterwards. Plus, if you’ve been longing to see some light, fluffy snow to make the holidays feel a bit more festive (without actually having to shovel it in the process), Town Square has the real stuff pumping each night at 7p.m., with an additional show on the weekends at 8 p.m. through Dec. 23rd.

Downtown Summerlin

Santa Downtown Summerlin

Las Vegas’ newest outdoor shopping destination just might be one of the more festive spots in the city this year! In addition to being able to take photos with Santa in a venerable Winter Wonderland, you can also pick up your perfect Christmas tree, enjoy real ice skating at the Rock Rink, plus, check out the Downtown Summerlin Holiday Parade starting at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve. If you’re looking to pack all the traditional seasonal staples into one trip, Downtown Summerlin is the perfect place to do so.

The District at Green Valley Ranch


This beautiful outdoor shopping center is the neighboring city of Henderson’s version of Downtown Summerlin and is a really great spot to do some holiday shopping and meet Santa. You can take some fun photos with him at The District through Dec. 24th and there are even comprehensive photo packages offered should you want to send some to your entire family. Once you’re done, take a stroll through the beautifully designed grounds to savor all the holiday decor that’s been put up.

Springs Preserve

Train Rides with Santa

From Dec. 20-24th, you can take a special train ride to Santa’s cottage at Springs Preserve! Once you’ve arrived, you’ll be greeted by Santa himself who will read holiday stories and hand out some tasty treats to everyone not on the “naughty” list. The Las Vegas Springs Preserve is spacious and boasts impressive attractions and botanical gardens that make for a really great day trip for the whole family during the holiday season.

Downtown Container Park

Santa LV

Santa Claus will be coming to Downtown Las Vegas every weekend in December! Through Christmas Eve, head over to Container Park from 5-8 p.m. to meet the big guy and take photos with him. There are also some really great local shops that you can pick up last minute gifts at, plus, check out the top-notch restaurants that are on hand, like Oak & Ivy, who have an exceptional seasonal cocktail menu to devour.
