This weekend is full of holiday happenings here in Boston. Here’s a look at the hautest ones you must check out.

Tonight, Dinner Lab is returning to Boston at an unannounced pop-up location featuring Chef Jae Jung (Oceana) and his specialty crafted pre-dinner Bombay Sapphire cocktails paired with his Korean-influenced menu. The members-only supper club connects adventurous diners with chefs from across the globe for unique rogue dining experiences across the country. The dinners, chefs, patrons, and locations change with each event, so members never get the same experience twice. Chefs tell a story through their menus by introducing recipes that highlight their backgrounds/heritage, ingredients they’re passionate about, or avant-garde dishes that wouldn’t necessarily fly in a traditional restaurant. The Boston dinner will feature dishes like octopus carpaccio, Korean fried chicken and Creole suckling pig.

Tomorrow night, head south to Plymouth for a special performance of The Vienna Boys Choir Holiday Celebration at 8 p.m. Here, you can listen to some of traditional Christmas classics performed by one of the best musical ensembles in the world. The choir began singing at the court of the Holy Roman Emperor in 1498 where they performed exclusively for the court, at Mass and private concerts and functions until 1918. Now, the 100-boy choristers between the ages of 10 and 14 perform 300 concerts each year.

This Sunday and next, Bar Boulud’s Pastry Chef Robert Differ will be teaching a small group of students about the history, preparation, technique, and assembly required for crafting the traditional Parisian holiday dessert Bûche de Noël. Each participant will enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly prosecco or a rich cup of hot cocoa while crafting a sweet holiday specialty.

The long awaited Ocean Prime has just opened in the Seaport District. If you are one of the lucky ones to secure a reservation this weekend, you will indulge in everything from a raw bar with hand rolled sushi to main events like yellowfin tuna, a bone-in filet and New York strip. The steaks here are seasoned and broiled at 1200 degrees so they are seared on the outside keeping them juicy on the inside. The massive dining room features a gorgeous granite bar, baby grand piano and wine wall along with an outdoor patio for al fresco dining during the warmer months.
