Douglas Elliman, the largest residential real estate brokers in the New York metropolitan area, has appointed a new Vice President of Operations in the Western Region. Allan Vance, who was selected for the coveted position, brings best practices and industry expertise to this leadership role in the Western United States.
In his new role, Vance will support management in all aspects of running business functions of the company for the Western Region. He will work closely with Company leadership and through this collaboration he will help propel the continued growth of the Douglas Elliman brand. His ability to be both a thought leader and collaborative is an intricate part of Douglas Elliman’s mission; to deliver exceptional consumer experience through a complete suite of real estate services. From sales and rentals, to mortgage, new developments and title insurance, providing best in rank in every field, according to the real estate company.

Vance will oversee Elliman offices in both California and Aspen, Colorado markets. He will be based in Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Vance was Chief Information Officer at The Agency, a full-service, luxury real estate brokerage representing clients in residential, leasing, luxury vacation rentals and property management.
Vance started his career in Los Angeles and has had the opportunity to work with a number of clients in the luxury real estate sector.
