Executive Chef Brian Dunsmoor has prepared a menu that can best be described as American-South-meets-SoCal. Items like bay scallops with creamed corn and brown butter and roasted game hen with polenta reign supreme.

Try a weird, yet wonderful craft cocktail, such as Beet Medicine: Famous Grouse scotch, smoked beet, lemon, ginger and Laphroaig cask-strength Scotch.
