Allison Holker Shares Her Haute Secrets to Los Angeles

Allison Holker-304bret[1]

Allison Holker may have only been in Los Angeles for five years, but she feels like a native. She certainly has had a few banner years after celebrating her first Emmy nomination (alongside Derek Hough) for a 2013 Best Choreography Award for her work on Dancing With the Stars; she is currently on her third season of the hit ABC show and last year placed as runner-up. Holker, who is married and expecting a schild with Magic Mike XXL star Stephen “tWitch” Boss, is an all-star dancer and choreographer on the Fox series So You Think You Can Dance, has appeared on VH1’s TV series Hit The Floor and is one of the Los Angeles Devil Girls, a premiere dance team in the league. When she’s not filming or traveling around the country teaching dance, she is working on her new dancewear line Revolution Dance and her online dance studio, CLI Studios. She continues to be a member of fellow So You Think You Can Dance alum Travis Wall’s dance company “Shaping Sound.” Here, this all-star dance pro shares her insider’s guide to the City of Angels.
