You’ll find an amuse bouche, as well as a pumpkin soup with chestnuts, celeriac, apples, and smoked bacon, a whole roasted dry-aged prime rib with horseradish jus and a choice of three of Citrin’s mom’s traditional thanksgiving sides, including creamed spinach, praline pecan yams, and roasted Brussel sprouts.
