Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles Los Angeles honored philanthropist and NBA legend Magic Johnson at its annual Builders Ball on Wednesday evening.

Celebrities and notables including Johnson and wife Cookie, Jeffrey Osborne and wife Sheri, Tommy Davidson and wife Amanda, Tina Knowles Lawson and husband Richard Lawson, Shaun Robinson, Taylor Armstrong, Glynn Turman, Kiki Shepard, Art Evans, Byron Scott, Gary Vitti, A.C. Green, Dawnn LewisTracy Hutson, Alex McLoed, Khleo Thomas and Christina Wren attended the gala, which was held at the Beverly Wilshire.

Johnson, who accepted the Dream Build Award at the event, whipped the crowd into a philanthropic frenzy as he auctioned off a lot that included LA Lakers tickets and dinner with himself, prompting two guests to buy for $50,000 apiece, which the great himself doubled.

Other award recipients included Bernards with the Builder of the Year Award and Bank of America with the Foundation Builder Award.
