The rise of the food truck has been happening for several years now in major cities across America. However, when it comes to Las Vegas few people realize that some of the city’s best and most creative dishes can be found on four wheels. We’ve rounded up five of our favorite food trucks for you to track down the next time you’re in town.

Lobster ME

It can be virtually impossible to find an authentic Maine lobster roll on the West Coast, but the fine folks at Lobster ME have answered our prayers. Lobster Me have two physical restaurants in Las Vegas, one at Planet Hollywood and the newest location inside The Venetian. However, it’s the popular food truck that started it all. Not only can you enjoy a fresh traditional Maine lobster roll, but also Lobster ME has some signature options like, lobster grill cheese sandwiches, lobster sliders and the “lobsicle” which is a giant lobster tail on a stick. If you love lobster and want it year round in Las Vegas, this is the food truck for you!

When it comes to grabbing a burger on the go, the Fukuburger is big favorite among Las Vegas locals. The food truck specialize in making premium all-American hamburgers with a Japanese twist. One of the most popular menu items is the Tamago burger, which adds a sunny-side-up egg to the top of a massive hamburger, along with wasabi mayo and crispy onion strings. If you can’t find the food truck, you can also visit the physical restaurant, which is located at The Linq. Reasonably priced fare and excellent customer service make this truck a consistent winner.

Who wouldn’t want to try a food truck that specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches? But these are no ordinary grilled cheeses, as the Stripchezze team has put a very unique spin on this comfort food staple. Try the Daddy’s On A Roll, which boasts three deep-friend mac ’n cheese egg rolls served with kimchi sauce. The “Jam On It,” pairs Muenster cheese and sliced tomato with a housemaid bacon jam that will change the way you think about grilled cheese sandwiches forever.

Bacon Boys

Dragon BLT

The Bacon Boys food truck specializes in all things—you guessed it—bacon! From specialty donuts, to the popular Dragon BLT and Bacon Burger, each dish is loaded with thick-cut slabs of bacon. So when your next bacon craving strikes in Sin City, this is the food truck you simply must find.

The Hummus Factory

The popular Southern California-based, family owned Mediterranean restaurant chain has launched a food truck here in Las Vegas. While the menu is pretty straightforward, the Factory Hummus is about as authentic as you can get. Pair it with either the Factory Burger or Falafel Wrap for an outstanding—and affordable—lunch or dinner.

This food truck, along with the aforementioned options make the rounds in Las Vegas pretty consistently and a simple Twitter search will always let you know their current location.
