For over thirty years, the famed Sterling Brunch at Bally’s Hotel has been the place to go in Las Vegas when you’re searching for a first-class buffet feast. While there are plenty of marquee hotels on the Strip that offer delicious buffets, there aren’t any that let you dine on endless amounts of caviar, racks of lamb, premium sushi and fresh-shucked oysters. Oh and you’ll also get to sip on Perrier-Joulet Champagne and top-shelf Bloody Marys while doing so.

With an entry price at nearly $90 per person, the Sterling Brunch ranks right at the top of the most expensive buffet options you can find, but keep in mind this is no ordinary buffet. When you’re offering up limitless lobster tails, giant king crab legs, and mouther-watering prime rib, it’s tough to even consider this a buffet. Even the side dishes are to die for, like the Sterling Brunch’s truffle-butter mashed potatoes, which will literally melt in your mouth as they are whipped so extensively they’re puree. Of the more traditional breakfast offerings, there is a made-to-order omelet bar with plenty of selections for fillings, but we recommend you try the lobster eggs Benedict, which pairs well with a Perrier-Joulet mimosa.  No matter how you decide to fill your plate(s), you should certainly plan to arrive with an empty stomach to truly maximize the experience.

For those of you that crave something sweet for brunch, you definitely need to try their decadent banana bread pudding french toast. The banana fosters crepes are a perennial favorite and you can never go wrong with the fresh fruit parfait selections for those looking for lighter fare. The dessert options are considerably more limited in scope, but after all the main dishes, it will be tough to even consider having more food.

When you want to indulge in a world-class dining feast while in Sin City, the Sterling Brunch at Ballys continues to set the gold bar standard. It’s an experience like this that defies every stereotype of what people have come to expect from a Las Vegas buffet and makes for an absolutely unforgettable Las Vegas memory.
