La Suite West has been awarded ‘Best Vegan Menu’ at the PETA UK Vegan Food Awards, recognised for their afternoon tea, à la carte and five-course tasting menu consisting of vegan friendly and raw cuisine.
A favourite of both health food devotees and influencers alike – such as Anna Solaiman (voted PETA’s Sexiest Vegan in 2015) – La Suite West’s ‘RAW’ restaurant offers a tastefully designed, contemporary health experience within the hotel’s upscale and minimalist surrounds, created by renowned interior designer Anouska Hempel. Head chef Nik Heartland has carefully designed the menu to provide some of the best that nature can offer – think Mexican Tortillas, BBQ Korean fried tempeh burgers, Tiramisu with almond biscotti and drinks like Virgin Strawberry daiquiris and Lemon and lychee cocktails.
