Chef Dominique Ansel and his team will be serving up nine kinds of pie at this all-you-can-eat pie party, along with Ansel’s homemade ice creams and a glass of champagne. You read that right; the pie is indeed unlimited. Go ahead and indulge in three slices, five slices, or even 10 slices (well, if you can fit that many) until your stomach tells you no more.

Blueberry Pie with Buttermilk Oat Crumble

Tickets for the event go on sale Sept. 10 at 12 p.m. for $35 per person. Guests can choose from three time slots: 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., or 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
