Wake up in a new Bugatti; designed home. Dubai’s luxury developer Damac Properties has just revealed plans to create the world’s very first Bugatti-styled villas.
The over-the-top luxurious estates will be developed in Damac’s AKOYA Oxygen property. Named after Ettore Bugatti, the ETTORE 971 limited villas will be uncovered at the Cityscape Global exhibition in Dubai this week. Ettore is the founder of the famed French sports car brand and 971 stands for the international code of the United Arab Emirates. The pairing creates a name that truly signifies the collaboration.
The AKOYA Oxygen private development is an impressive location to build these villas. Each home will boast views spanning the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai, which is being designed by none other than notorious pro Tiger Woods. However what’s outside these homes has no comparison to what you’ll find indoors. Every ETTORE 971 villa will have seven-bedrooms, an indoor vehicle display area with glass panels through to the living quarters and exceptional detail synonymous with the Bugatti brand.
The lucky few who will inhabit these homes will have to fork over a cool 36m DHS. Managing director of Damac Properties Ziad El Chaar said: “We know that many of our loyal customers are huge fans of the Bugatti super sportscar brand and the opportunity to live in the world’s first villas styled in Bugatti’s design language featuring key codes of the brand’s DNA is a unique opportunity to experience this fantastic brand in a whole new way.
“The added touch of being able to see your car from many areas of the living quarters adds to the immersive design incorporated throughout these truly luxurious homes,” he added.
Tenants of 55 million sq ft AKOYA Oxygen and ETTORE 971 communities will not only have luxuries throughout their homes, but will be surrounded by luxurious amenities. The private community will feature high-end retail and entertainment outlets called Vista Lux, the region’s first manmade rainforest. This is in addition to a world-class five-star hotel and wellness center equipped with yoga programs, herbal treatments and an organic marketplace.
