Mr. Oppenheim approaches each project with the same zeal and ingenuity, harnessing the natural elements that are found within each location, whether it be a single-family home or large-scale commercial or urban project. The results are truly breathtaking to behold.
Of course, Dubai features several of Mr. Oppenheim’s designs, including the Dubai Pearl. A luxury development featuring 2,200,000 square feet of mixed-use facilities, the Pearl is a gem within the heart of Dubai that integrates sustainability with elegant design and functionality.
Mr. Oppenheim was also the genius behind the creation of director Michael Bay’s stunning home in Bel Air, California. The home has rendered the architectural world abuzz with accolades and awe of his brilliant conception.

Quite literally immersed into the hillside, the home stuns guests upon entrance with its’ brilliant designs that include an endless pool along a cliff’s edge, in-home theatre and modules that are above the ground of the two master bedrooms, which afford incredible views of Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
Net Metropolis, located within the Central Business District of Fort Bonifacio in Manila, Philippines is yet another of Mr. Oppenheim’s environmentally conscious designs that incorporates mezmerizing elements of design and functionality. The project was created from the ground up with both efficiency and versatility at the heart of it. The mixed-use project was designed with the unique needs of each tenant in mind and is an example of seamless and stunning architectural genius.
