1 LAS VEGAS: The Cosmopolitan

In addition to being a hot (and haute) place to celebrate Labor Day, Las Vegas is also the home of HartBeat Weekend at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Actor and comedian Kevin Hart will bring his wildly popular HartBeat Weekend to Sin City Sept. 5 and 6, 2015. Hosted by Hart, the weekend will feature two comedy shows at The Chelsea and Drake at Boulevard Pool. Kevin Hart & Friends Comedy All-stars Hosted by Kevin Hart will take place at 7 p.m. inside The Chelsea on Saturday, September 5, with an encore performance that same evening at 10:30 p.m. Each performance, hosted by Hart, will showcase stand-up comedy from some of Hart’s favorite comedians. 2 SAN DIEGO: Beach Village at The Del

If you're looking for some fun in the sun, it doesn't get better than the white, sandy beaches of Coronado, located just outside of San Diego's city limits. Frolic in the ocean and build castles made of sun before retiring to your luxury, home-like digs at Beach Village at The Del, a private, gated community for those who require the utmost privacy.

3 SANTA BARBARA: Belmond El Encanto

For those who want to get away from it all in a spectacular, secret-garden like setting, head to Belmond El Encanto, a luxury oasis in Santa Barbara. You'll still be close enough to all the action of downtown Santa Barbara like The Funk Zone and State Street while truly being able to relax in style. Special details include personally monogrammed pillows, incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, a gem of a pool and the speciality spa using only the best products from Linda Ross.

4 SAN FRANCISCO: The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco

Soak up some culture in San Francisco in the form of the Sausalito Art Festival or Billy Joel's performance at AT&T Park and while you're at it, indulge, indulge, indulge away at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. Make sure to check out the newly renovated Club Floor, where you can indulge in items like champagne, caviar, blinis and housemade chocolate chip cookies all day long.

5 NAPA VALLEY: Meadowood

Labor Day weekend is one of the best times to visit Napa Valley; a time when you can expect the landscape to look as lush and ripe as the grapes used in vintages from the likes of Opus One and Silver Oak. At Meadowood, you'll find an escape that you very well may not want to leave (though you will, obviously, have to go at some point in the name of wine tasting). Here you can play croquet, golf, head to tennis camp, lounge by the pool, indulge in some spa therapy and dine at one of the country's best restaurants, the Christopher Kostow-helmed The Restaurant at Meadowood.
