If there’s anyone who knows a thing or two about luxury and living the good life, it would be Elton John. The Caesar’s Palace resident superstar, along with creative director David Furnish, were tapped to give the hotel a dedicated chillout spot with some serious pizazz. The two collaborated on Fizz, a lavish champagne lounge that is anything but a stereotypical spot on The Strip.
From the first moment you step foot inside, it is easy to see why this stunning spot has won top design awards in the hospitality industry. Gold glints everywhere you turn and it actually feels like you could be enjoying some bubbly at Elton John’s house.
The world’s finest champagnes are readily available, but if you really want to impress, order the $2,500 Fuzz Deluxe. The cocktail includes Grand Marnier Quintessence, Hennessy Richard Cognac & Fee Brothers lemon bitters, and you also get a gorgeous rose petal garnish that comes covered in 24K gold flakes.
Fizz also has two decadent dessert cocktails that are worth checking out. The Hercules is a savory take on peanut butter and jelly, which also pledges to “solve world peace.” The Jamaica Jerk-Off pairs Godiva chocolate liquer and Ciroc coconut vodka for a decidedly more tropical flavor experience.
The menu features delicious and decadent small bites from The Rocketman’s personal chef. You’ll love their Thai Lobster Roll, which will appeal to both sushi fanatics as well as Maine lobster aficionados. Plus, what goes better with a glass of champagne than with a side of the Fizz staple, caviar on the rocks.
So even if you’re not seeing Elton John rock the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, stop in for an absolutely delicious experience in world-class luxury. Who knows, you might even see Rod Stewart there too.
