Dubai Police always celebrate Eid in style by showing off their super-car fleet. The National got to do a ride-along with police in three of the 16 luxury vehicles which belong to the fleet. The three cars were the Mercedes G53, the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid and the BMW i8 plug-in hybrid. Dubai police use the luxury cars to patrol some of the city’s most popular tourist areas, including Jumeirah Beach Road, the Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa.
