The Dutch Kicks Off Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue Dining Series

To kick off summer in Miami and the unofficial barbecue season, The Dutch at W South Beach Hotel and Residences are bringing back their fourth annual Bourbon, Beer and ‘Cue (BBQ) dining series. Every week through the month of July, Chef Conor Hanlon will be teaming up with a rotating list of some of Miami’s hottest chefs and mixologists to create a tasty month-long dining extravaganza.

But there’s a catch! Although the event is a month long, it only occurs only on Wednesdays, 7 pm to close. So tickets will be limited, making it that much more exclusive. The backdrop will be the W South Beach’s very, own outdoor scenic luxury lounge, The Grove. For only $40 per person, guests can indulge in a unique dining experience highlighting a variety of culturally inspired barbecue-esque fares.

Wednesday July 1st, The Dutch started the savory rotation with a classic southern BBQ with guest chef Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak and Bar at Four Seasons Miami. Tomorrow, July 8th will be an Italian feast, Arrosti Italiani, with guest chefs Matt DePante and Justin Flit of PROOF Pizza and Pasta.Proof Pizza and Pasta is a comfy neighborhood restaurant located in Midtown Miami serving up Neapolitan styled pizza and homemade pasta.

It wouldn’t be a complete barbecue without the booze. For the Beer and Bourbon portion of the series, The Dutch is also partnering with local breweries to feature a handful of limited small batch brews. If you thought it was too good to be true, it doesn’t end there. The Dutch didn’t forget about desert. To finish off, the menu will include different pies and summer treats each week by pastry chef Josh Gripper.

Tickets include tax and gratuity and exclude beverages. The remainder of the rotation is as follows:

Wednesday, July 15th: Brazilian Rodizio Churascarria
The Dutch’s Chef Adonay Tafur will prepare a lineup of traditional Brazilian roasted meats
