The Related Group’s lifestyle division, Related Living and global hospitality and real estate company, sbe have joined forces to create a new beach club concept project, Hyde Beach Kitchen and Cocktails A.K.A., HBKC. The highly anticipated venture will be located at the Beachwalk Resort and Residences in Hallandale Beach and is slated to open later this summer. HBKC is poised to be the top beach lifestyle destination in all of South Florida.

With celebrated locations in Las Vegas’ Bellagio Hotel, Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip, and South Beach’s SLS hotel, the Hyde brand is very much eager to broaden their mark in South Florida. COO of restaurants sbe, John Kolaski shared, “sbe is excited to announce this new food, beverage, and Beach Club concept with Related Living. We look forward to bringing our collaborative vision of HBKC to Hallandale Beach!”

HBKC will be three stories, with each story offering separate food and beverage outposts curated by celebrated chef Danny Elmaleh. Carlos Rosso, President of Related’s condominium division stated “Our partnership with sbe on this concept brings a taste of Mykonos’ Nammos [one of the most famous beach restaurants in Europe] to the southern portion of Broward, where we are building a lifestyle for hundreds of new residents who want international resort living.”
The first floor will be light and airy, featuring a signature Ciel Spa, where guests can unwind and indulge in Ciel Spa services. There will also be a fitness center, and a casual open-air style eatery starring incomparable offerings for breakfast and lunch.

The second floor will boast an extensive indoor and outdoor space, including lounging areas that can seat up to 250 guests. The second floor will also feature a delectable selection of executive chef Elmaleh’s noted new American cuisine, and Hyde’s master mixology with an unparalleled assortment of creative libations.

The third floor will be an exclusive private members club with a day pool, along with culinary and cocktail masterworks only available to members. Elite members can indulge in exclusionary offerings while discovering the rest of the premises. HKBC will offer South Florida locals and tourists alike different experiences where they can luxuriate in everything fun in the sun.
