Fashionistas were more than a little worried when Mercedes-Benz pulled their sponsorship of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim at The Raleigh. Well, the show(s) will go on, albeit a little more scattered via a number of luxurious venues such as The Delano, Casa Casaurina and the W South Beach. There will be tents too, put with the help of Funkshion production and LDJ Productions showing a full roster of real shows available to those on the list. Miami Swim Week is on!

This show isn’t a swim show but seeing some fully-clothed fashion will be a welcome respite from bikinis.There will be a special performance by Beca and a full program of drinks, show and reception celebrating Miami designer Julian Chang. Wildfox Night Swim at the Delano South Beach
As the name infers, Wildfox is one of the sexier swimwear lines. This year, they will be back at the Delano for Wildfox Night Swim, where they will be showing their 2016 Resort Collection during an informal fashion presentation, followed by a nigh time pool party that is bound to be sexy. Arlette Carlin and Delano Resident DJ Legs Benedict will create the soundtrack. RSVP directly with the Delano or Wildfox.

CFDA Fashion Incubator Presentation at the W South Beach
The Council of Fashion Designers, along with W South Beach, will put on a runway show (floating over the pool) that will showcase designs by CFDA Fashion Incubator talent Misha Nonoo, Matthew Orley, Isa Tapia, and Sara Beltran. The show is also the official launch of the summer capsule collection which was designed exclusively for W’s WET Deck Collection.

Eres Pop-Up shop at The Standard
The event kicks off with an invitation only cocktail on Friday, but the shop officially opens on Saturday. Be the first chance to actually buy Eres an Eres-branded boutique in Miami – however ephemeral it may be. This is the final in a series of Eres Pop-Ups that already took place at the West Hollywood and Shelter Island Standard Hotels.

Local non-profit organization Style Saves is hosting a Sunday Soiree pop-up shop at the SLS Hotel, where you can snag bikinis, beachwear, and sunnies by brands like Goet, Bungalow 33, and more. The best part about shopping your favorite Swim Week looks at the Sunday Soiree? Twenty percent of the proceeds will benefit underprivileged kids in need.
