Attend a Bastille Day Soiree at Villa Azur
On Tuesday, July 14th, celebrate this French holiday with classic French ballads and Executive Chef Erwin Mallet’s delectable fare amidst Villa Azur’s all-white decor, silk tapestries, elegant outdoor tent and chic garden-courtyard. For a real taste of that “je ne said quoi,” make sure to try a bite of that special crème brûlée invented by award-winning Pastry Chef, Sébastien Feneyrol. It’s the perfect ending to one of Chef Mallet’s finest French mains — like his slowly-cooked pork tenderloin with Provencal-style potato soufflé and grain mustard. Take a Gastronomic Tour of France at Bistro Cassis
When it’s time for dîner, head to Midtown’s favorite French café and indulge in a tantalizing taste of France. Known for its wildly trendy Sunday pool parties, this haute haunt invites Miami’s finest to don their best Belle Epoque attire and stop by July 14th for a “Cabaret Extravaganza” like they’ve never had before. Hosted by French Tuesdays, this event — which will include jazz, a burlesque show, a little French cancan and more — will be one Bastille Day celebration people will be talking about all the way in Paris. Hyde Beach is located in the SLS Hotel South Beach, at 1701 Collins Avenue. The “Cabaret Extravaganza” event will run from 7 PM to 2 AM.
Toast to the French with CARON Paris
What better way to toast to French history than with a champagne celebration with one of the couture country’s most legendary perfume houses? Head to Buena Vista Chocolate this Tuesday night for a one-of-a-kind scenting and celebration of CARON Paris’ “La Selection Feminine.” For added opulence, the evening’s event will feature complimentary champagne, hors d’oeuvres and a gifted vial of each attendee’s favorite bouquet.
