This month saw Jaeger-LeCoultre host the Masters of Food Event at the Park Hyatt Dubai. Taking place on 9 June, the sophisticated culinary and beverage experience revolves around shared common values of excellence and refinement, taking into close consideration the advancement of techniques, be it fine watchmaking or culinary.
Guests were greeted by Park Hyatt Dubai and Jaeger-LeCoultre directors, in the presence of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s CEO Mr Daniel Riedo. Upon arrival to the hotel guests were escorted to the lavish Presidential Suite boasting exceptional views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. Here, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s CEO Daniel Riedo introduced the Swiss Manufacture’s longstanding watch-making heritage whilst guests savored the classic flavors of Traiteur’s finest French cuisine. As the event progressed, attendees were guided through the candle lit outdoor Terrace and into Traiteur Upper Bar overlooking the decent of the sun beyond the crisp Creek water.
Here, Traiteur unveiled Chef De Cuisine Chef Daniel’s culinary creations, which featured in a modern spread of delectable dishes, exquisitely paired with appropriate grape under the direct consultation of the Director of Food and Beverage Stephan Karl and Remi Torres, Traiteur’s leading Sommelier. Succulent, decadent and delicious, the event effectively merged the worlds of watches and fine food into riveting culinary creations.
