Colicchio & Sons— Chef Chris Lavey signature mother’s day dishes include, sugar snap peas with quinoa and whole grain mustard, pork loin with rhubarb and wild bamboo shoots, and roasted Amish chicken with green garbanzo beans, ramps and spring garlic. Craft— We can’t get enough of Tom Colicchio! Here chef Taylor Naples will offer a brunch that showcases spring produce, a pastry basket to share and family style appetizers. SixtyFive  — Although the recently renovated Rainbow Room is sold out for Mother’s Day brunch, its cocktail bar, SixtyFive has a fabulous view of New York City and an equally fabulous brunch. They still have reservations available. The menu is smaller version of the Rainbow Room’s with a spectacular raw bar, roasted Amish chicken,  Thai chicken green curry, New Orleans Beignets and cinnamon apple cider doughnuts are delivered table side.  All mothers will receive a special gift-box of macarons and guests can enjoy music by The Ladybugs via loud speakers as they perform live in the bigger room.
