A slew of A-list favorites like Michelle Williams, Kanye West and Miranda Kerr descended upon Bob and Dolores Hope‘s John Lautner-designed home earlier this month (which is currently on the market for $25 million) to check out designer Nicolas Ghesquiere’s astounding collection.

500 guests sipped Ruinart champagne while watching models in kabuki-style makeup done by Pat McGrath sauntering down the sultry runway on May 7th.

A fabulous crowd gathered in the Plexiglass and plywood-made front row, including French muses Catherine Deneuve and Charlotte Gainsbourg as well as new Louis Vuitton face Alicia Vikander, Marisa Tomei, Selena Gomez, Grimes, Britt Robertson,Zhang Ziyi, Jacqui Getty, Rosetta Getty and Cameron Silver.

Ghesquiere’s Cruise collection consisted of items like maxi-skirts, Victorian-style dresses, full-length leather gowns and open-back jumpsuits.
After the feature attraction, the crowd gathered for an al fresco dinner at the Gene Autry estate in Palm Springs followed by a Neon Carnival-esque bash filled with bumper cars and a mini crane machine filled with LV wallets.
