Fontainebleau is ground zero for special occasions and it’s the perfect place to treat Mom to an indulgent Mother’s Day Brunch at Scarpetta or StripSteak by Michael Mina. From 11am to 3pm, Scarpetta will host an Italian buffet style brunch priced at $85 per adult, which includes a Bloody Mary, Bellini, or signature cocktail; $44.50 for children under 12, and free for children under four (prices exclude tax and gratuity). From a carving station, to hot and cold appetizers and a pasta station, stomachs and mom will certainly be happy. Finish brunch off with a chocolate panna cotta with pistachios or a tiramisu.
From 11:30am to 3pm, StripSteak by Michael Mina will offer a tantalizing brunch priced at $68 per person, $34 for children under 12, and free for children under four (prices exclude tax and gratuity). Upon arrival, moms and guests will be greeted with the restaurant’s signature cocktail, the Fizzy Bellboy. Allow mom to choose from three different tiers of bottomless bubbles featuring Laurent Perrier Brut ($70), Laurent Perrier Rosé ($100) or Laurent Perrier ‘Grand Siecle’ ($250). The menu will include selections such as American Wagyu flat iron steak and butter poached Maine Lobster.

Bianca at Delano
Bianca is debuting their new Sunday brunch for the very first time this Mother’s Day. The brunch buffet will be created by a similarly new Executive Chef, Vikram Katoch. Mom’s option are endless—stations with Lobster and other seafood, local fruits and vegetables, cheeses, pasta, a selection of barbecue items, such as Coca-Cola Char Grilled Skirt Steak sushi, and a tasty selection of desserts ranging from Macaroons and Mini Crème Brulee to Strawberry Mousse. Yes, endless Bloody Mary’s and Champagne are included in the brunch.
The Mother’s Day brunch runs from 11am to 4pm and is priced at $90 for adults and $45 for children.

An elegant and appetizing brunch is set to take place at The Restaurant from 11:30am to 3:30pm with pricing at $125/per adult and $55/per child (plus a service charge and tax). The Spa at The Setai by THÉMAÉ encourages mothers to relax and indulge in the limited-time Pampering Ritual. For those looking to celebrate the special day over a nice meal under the same roof, Il Mulino New York will be hosting a special Mother’s Day Brunch in AQ by Acqualina from 11:30am to 4:30 pm. There will be a bevy of delicacies including, fish, pasta, omelet and carving stations, as well as a live jazz band. Pricing is $85 per person for unlimited Mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys, Mojitos, and Prosecco; $65 per person with beverages not included; and $35 per child under age 13. Valet parking is $15.

La Mar at Mandarin Oriental
La Mar by Gastón Acurio at the Mandarin Oriental will offer a sumptuous brunch Peruvian style from noon to 3:30pm. The brunch is $85 for adults, $55 for children ages 6 to 1, and free for children under 6 years old. It will include unlimited champagne and special sweet treats for mom. The menu selections include savory entrees, such as Egg-topped Lomo Saltado and Grouper Chorrillana with Bacon Mashed Yuca. There will also be an Anticucho Grill station providing grilled skewers, empanadas, sliders, and whole fish and a seafood station boasting ceviches, causas, tiraditos, and Peruvian-style sushi rolls.
