You’ll experience deep ocean views, open canyons, and elevated plateaus on the North Course, and more greenery on the South Course. Newport Beach is the largest recreational boat harbor on the west coast, so it’s no surprise that many visit simply to spend time on its yachts. Boating activities are organized by five private yacht clubs, including the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, the Balboa Yacht Club, and the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club. It is also home to the largest sailboat race in the world, the Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race, as well as the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum.
