The high-growth luxury beauty retail chain, e-commerce provider and cosmetics brand has been beautifying New York one neighborhood at a time with locations in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Union Square, West Village, Madison Ave. and now its sixth location Chelsea.
Beauty enthusiasts had the opportunity to receive mini-facials and makeovers. Guests also enjoyed complimentary cupcakes, tea provided by DavidsTea and lots of champagne. The first 100 lucky shoppers were rewarded with a deluxe swag bag with samples sold by the beauty brand.
As part of the celebration, we received a complimentary facial. While an esthetician wasn’t readily available at the newest location, we were scheduled to receive spa services at the West Village location.
After checking in for the facial, we were ushered to the spa. We entered a dimly lit room with soothing blue walls. Serene music, the sounds of waterfalls,chirping birds and a calm, lightly scented breeze transported us as we enjoyed the purifying facial (a combination of the modern facial and a glycolic peel for complete exfoliation, oil-control and deep pore cleansing).
During the 55-minute treatment, we were also treated to a hand, arm and chest massage. The simple, but skillful movements help relieve any tension as stimulates your senses.
