Luxury property TenTen Wilshire is making living accommodations easily accessible to tenants with the new addition of its mobile-based application. On the app tenants will be able to access concierge services at the touch of a button.
The app, which is available for Apple and Android users, aims to connect tenants to TenTen’s services and amenities. It is compatible with all Android devices as well as Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. To access the application, tenants must first download the app and then request a username from the building’s relationship manager. After being given a username, individuals have to visit a web portal to set up access.
Once a tenant receives access, he or she now has entry to all amenities provided by the luxury property wherever there is an Internet connection. Tenants can schedule a host of services such as maintenance request, housekeeping request and car wash/detail Office and apartment residents can book a conference room and/or the rooftop for a private event.
In addition, the luxury venue has integrated local food delivery options. Office and apartment tenants can order food from delivery services such as Eat24, GrubHub and Seamless.
At the posh haute spot, standard services include happy hours, regularly scheduled rooftop parties, gym access with health spa services, a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, lounge and barbeque pits. With the new app, residents can live stream the rooftop bar cam as well as the rooftop pool cam. The app also features basic necessities such as contacting room service, front desk and valet.
