Dwyane Wade has had a tough season: with a record of 28-35 the Miami Heat’s chances of making the playoffs look slim. Unsurprisingly, Wade has called this season the toughest he’s ever had concerning his leadership role. Eyes are looking at you, see what you’re going to do, what you’re going to say in a certain moment. You’ve got to give guys the right confidence.”
