Last week saw the launch of Cove Beach, a new luxury dining and leisure destination located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The invite-only launch party saw special guest performer American singer Johnny Gill entertain the stylish crowd until the early hours.
The evening began with a cocktail reception, where guests enjoyed Laurent Perrier Champagne and the signature Cove Beach Rose Château Barbeiranne wine, followed by a three-course sit down dinner. Led by Executive Chef Vergan Robert and his team, the set menu featured Cove Beach’s ‘Cuisine de la Joie’ culinary concept with signature Mediterranean inspired delicacies including Salmon Carpaccio, Asparagus Risotto, Grilled Ribeye and Chocolate Fondant to name a few. In addition, cupcake boutique Sweet Stuff provided chocolate lollipops especially made for the event served to guests throughout the night.
