1 Polo Lounge at Beverly Hills Hotel

A-list Hollywood has always headed to the Pink Palace for civilized wheeling and dealing. The entertainment industry elite makes movie deal magic over morning fare like the aptly titled dish called The Hollywood – Scrambled Egg Whites with Mushrooms, Braised Kale and Parmesan Cheese, Turkey Bacon, Polo Lounge Granola, Berries and Greek Yogurt - and the Deal Maker - three eggs any style, three silver dollar pancakes, a choice of breakfast meat and hash browns. Also make sure to indulge in the make-your-own Eggs Benedict bar.

2 Soho House

The members-only Soho House is another spot for power meetings at any time of day. Those who opt to do their deals over breakfast will find a Full English breakfast on the menu, which is fitting, as Soho House was first launched in the U.K. The British-born club has SoCal-specific items on the menu, naturally, and that includes fresh-made juices. Our favorite is the Clover: kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, pear, cilantro, mint and lime.

3 Cecconi's

Because of its location - Cecconi's is located in the heart of West Hollywood a stone's throw away from the Pacific Design Center - it has long been a favorite breakfast spot for LA's power players. It is as beloved for its variety of choices as it is its location. There are seven juices on the menu, 10 organic egg dishes and an assortment of bakery items. We highly recommend the Superfood Bowl - a healthy start to your day that includes coconut chips and goji berries.

4 Freds at Barneys New York Beverly Hills

Everyone rued the day that Barney Greengrass at Barneys New York Beverly Hills closed its doors, but thankfully, its replacement—Freds—is just as much of a hot spot for power lunches as its predecessor. Agents, movie stars and entertainment industry elite alike nosh on egg-specific items like Eggs Sardou—two poached eggs on artichoke hearts and spinach, topped with Hollandaise sauce—and frittatas with fresh figs, Nueske's smoked bacon and local blue cheese. For those who aren't feeling eggy, go for the divine cinnamon French toast—brioche bread coated in cinnamon batter with local berries and warm maple syrup.

5 Farmshop

The power-mamas-who-brunch crowd all head to Farmshop for their meet and eats. Jennifer Garner, Reese Witherspoon and Rachel Zoe are among the A-list moms who have been spotted at this Brentwood Country Mart locale for its artisan fare and casually elegant setting. Farmshop serves everything from omelets to smoked salmon, but we have soft spots for the sweeter fare: the Buttermilk Biscuit with blackberry preserves, fra’mani ham and sunny-side up eggs is a delight, as is the pumpkin spice muffin.
