This Week: Hautest Halloween Parties in Miami

Halloween is just around the corner, and all of Miami is getting ready to celebrate. And with this year’s holiday hitting on a Friday, it’s all the more reason to get your spook on with one of these haute Halloween parties in Miami.

1. Radio Bar

If you’re in the mood for a little spooky time travel, hit Radio Bar for Gin & Juice: a roaring twenties, prohibition-themed party. Dress the part and pick one of these four open bar packages, available between 8 and 11 PM.

All night: Two bottles and Pumpkin Juice — a gin-based punch with dry ice, served in a punch bowl made of a pumpkin — for $300.

2. Macchialina Taverna Rustica

Next Thursday, October 30th, Italian restaurant Macchialina will host its monthly Bar Takeover series with a special pre-Halloween party of Adam DelGiudice’s spooky spirits and Chef Michael Pirolo’s devilish bites.

3. Cavalli Miami 

Head to Cavalli Miami this Hallows Eve for the luxe locale’s first Halloween celebration: Jungle Fever. To commemorate the event, Cavalli Miami will be transformed into a jungle-themed paradise, with exotic animals, open bar, sweet treats and two DJs setting the stage for a haunted evening with a touch of South Beach chic.

4. BLT-Steak

From October 31st to November 2nd, BLT-Steak, at The Betsy – South Beach, is paying tribute to Edgar Allen Poe with a special All Hallows Eve cocktail: “The Raven.” Guests are encouraged to utter “Quoth the Raven, ‘Nevermore,’” while tipping their glass, a mysterious concoction of organic eggs from Bee Haven Farm in the Redlands, Fee Brothers Bitters and house-made coffee liqueur. Throughout the weekend, all hotel and restaurant guests will receive a complimentary copy of Edgar Allen Poe’s poem, “The Raven.”

5. Meat Market

This Halloween, Meat Market will offer diners a 3-course, prix-fixe dinner that features menu options like sugar cane BBQ shrimp & scallops, pumpkin lobster bisque, chargrilled fillet topped with lobster hollandaise, a Scary Sampler of dessert that includes Chocolate Ghost Cup Cake and R.I.P. Pumpkin Mousse, and more. Guests will be able to pair their fanciful feast with a specialty wine or spooky cocktail, like Zombie’s Punch: a concoction of aged rum, unfiltered apple cider, lemon, Oloroso sherry, sparkling wine and nutmeg.

6. Bâoli Miami

On Wednesday, October 29, Bâoli Miami welcomes guests to attend its “Feast of the Imaginarium”: a night of delirium inspired by the world of Salvador Dalí. Using body-painted contortionists, stilt performers and styled mannequins to create an “otherworldly” setting that promises to spook and delight, the evening’s event will be complemented by curious cocktails, tasty bites, devilish desserts and frightening fun that runs late into the night.
