In most cities, Labor Day represents the end of their two-month summer. In Miami, it means there are only two more months of hot, wet summer weather left! Whatever it means to you, it’s always time for a celebration.
1. Summer Grilling Cooking & Tasting Class at BLT Prime Trump National Doral

2. Sounds of Summer at Sole on the Ocean Hotel
It’s safe to say this definitely was the summer of the “Ice Bucket Challenge” which has managed to raise over $80,000,000 for ALS thus far. For those who haven’t gotten wet yet, there will be a weekend of ALS fundraising called Sounds of Summer at Sole on the Ocean Hotel on Sunday and Monday. There will be a group ice bucket challenge, as well as a beachside BBQ prepared by celebrity chef Ralph Pagano and live performances by Junior Jazz & Bradley Brown, Bushwood, Resolvers and Rythmatrix.
3. Hit a club.
All the nightclubs are bringing out their biggest guns for the weekend, and you don’t have to get to work for a few days, so why not? Check out Laidback Luke and Pete Tong this weekend at Story.
4. Take a free tour of PAMM.
In celebration of the holiday, PAMM is offering free guided tours of the museum’s collection to people who buy entrance. Usually, you’d have to pay top dollar for this kind of special attention, but on Monday, the good people at PAMM are offering it up for free. pamm.org
5. Miami Spa Month
