Los Lonely Boys and Kenny Wayne Shepherd put on an incredible double headline show at the Pearl at the Palms on Friday night.

Los Lonely Boys took the stage, following local opener Beau Hodges, to “a lot of familiar faces from Texas and Cali!” as the band pointed out. The group performed their unique “Texican Rock ‘n’ Roll” style with songs including “Don’t Walk Away,”  “Blame It On Love,” “Give A Little More,” and of course super hit “How Far is Heaven.”

Kenny Wayne Shepherd played a behind-the-scenes video of the making of 2014’s album Goin’ Home, a collection of cover songs that influenced the artist, before he took the stage by storm. The audience was ready to dance and did so as the band played songs from the new album like “House is Rockin'” and “You Can’t Judge A Book By The Cover.” Shepherd also gave fans some of his own material including “Blue on Black.”
