This is Chef Emeril Lagasse’s take on the grand American steakhouse. This Las Vegas staple is a fine rendition of the Big Apple original.

DYNAMITE DISHES
You’ll feel like a king (or queen) after indulging in this incredible menu. The Bone in Ribeye melts like butter in your mouth, as do the Filet Medallions. Also don’t miss out on those stellar sides!  The Creamed Corn is vegetable candy.

SWEET TOOTH
Our pick is the Banana Cream Pie: eight sinful layers of stacked banana and cream.

TOP TIPPLE
We love the signature cocktail menu that features vintage classics with a twist, such as the Vieux Carre, a bold 1930s-era libation made with Remy Martin VSOP, Wild Turkey Rye whiskey, Benedictine, Italian Vermouth and bitters.

This newcomer to The Venetian features Boulud’s signature dishes, such as the DBGB Burgers —first made famous at his New York City restaurant Daniel—alongside more modern fare like the Thai Calamari and Crabe & Avocat.

SWEET TOOTH
The Gateau Basque—a custard cake with brandied cherries and vanilla anglaise— can’t be missed.

While you can’t go wrong with any dessert on the menu, we love the Drunken Cherry Tobanyaki.

Sake at Nobu is a no-brainer, especially the Nobu Daiginjo, a delicate, creamy sake from Nobu’s private stock.

This refined, fine-dining steakhouse inside the MGM Grand is one of the finest on the Strip.

DYNAMITE DISHES
Chef Tom Colicchio sets high standards as a judge on Top Chef, and he takes similar pains with his restaurant. His menu, which appeals to all lovers of fine food, includes mainstays like the Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Kobe Skirt Steak and Lobster Bisque. Vegetarians will be happy to know that there is a fantastic selection of farmer’s market vegetables on the menu.

SWEET TOOTH
The Cinnamon Monkey Bread and Caramel Cheesecake are purely sinful, but if you’re looking for something a bit lighter, go for the Farmers Market Fruit.

TOP TIPPLE
Some say that the best part about dinner is the wine. Try a magnum of 2005 Faust Cabernet Sauvignon, which pairs wonderfully with steak.
