1 Canela Celebrates Independence Day and a Spanish Return

3 The San Francisco Symphony Fourth of July Concert

The San Francisco Symphony performs its annual Fourth of July concert and celebration. Each year, the symphony switches up its musical theme to create a unique experience for guests. Past themes have included "American Journeys" and "the sporting life." This year's concert promises to be just as fun with the orchestra performing another unique repertoire in celebration of the nation's birthday, followed by a fireworks spectacular.

4 Corte Madera Town Park

If your plans happen to be across the Golden Gate, you'll have many waterfront options to see fireworks galore. Family-fun activites start at Corde Madera Town Park, where the parade begins at 10:30a.m. and ends at the Corte Madera Town Center. Most of the activities will be held at Corte Madera Town Park. There will be food, entertainment from "Reckless In Vegas", children activities, fine art, photography, pottery, wine charms, candles, clothing, jewelry, glassware and much more.

5 Fillmore Jazz Festival

This free, jazz music festival is the largest of its kind on the west coast. It's held in the Pacific Heights neighborhood on Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6. Head over for some great music, gourmet eats and locally produced arts and crafts.
