The Delano Unveils Its New Marquee

Delano Las Vegas - Valet (Under Construction)

The Delano, the luxury all-suite resort taking over THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, installed its sign high atop the tower today, a sign of the future for the hotel that plans to debut on Sept. 1. While room renovations are already well underway, the resort is busy working over the first floor that greets guests as they enter the property.

Public spaces are taking shape as construction walls have come down to reveal glimpses of what’s ahead.

First up, the lobby, where a stone entry and wood-slated gate greet guests. Find a divided boulder from the Nevada desert. The walkway into the resort has transformed with colors and textures inspired by the layered landscape of the Mojave Desert.

Also unveiled as the construction walls came down, the new 3940 Coffee + Tea, where guests can meet from morning to night. The new 3940 Coffee + Tea will serve gourmet coffees and teas, pastries and fresh juices in the morning and craft cocktails, wine and beer alongside signature small plates in the evening.
