Celebrities and art enthusiasts gathered for the PULSE Contemporary Art Fair late last week at The Metropolitan Pavilion. This year’s event featured artwork from new and returning international galleries, spanning an impressive eleven countries.
To ensure that each guest has the most dynamic experience as possible, PULSE combines thoughtfully curated exhibitions with an evolving series of programming. Highlights included the return of Sean Fader’s #WISHINGPELT, a make-a-wish interactive performance piece with a surprising twist. Another fan favorite was the ProjectArt booth, which illustrated the need for more art in New York City public schools.
The festivities continued with a VIP after party at The Gilded Lily, followed by the PULSE Presents Party, which celebrated this year’s PULSE Prize winner Hassan Hajjaj.
