As the great thaw begins and Chicagoans finally see spring temperatures on the horizon, West Town’s Unite Urban Grill (1450 W Chicago Ave.) introduces new cocktails for the season. Expanding on the restaurant’s signature cocktail list that pays homage to iconic Chicago communities, Unite invites guests to sip on cocktails inspired by their favorite neighborhood.
Guests may enjoy a West Town cocktail, which features Tequila Ocho Plata, Xante, Herring Cherry Liqueur and lime juice, as well as the Pilsen Punch featuring Famous Grouse Scotch, Remy VS Cognac, pineapple syrup, orange bitters and black tea.
Ideal for warm weather imbibing and pairing with Unite’s fresh menu offerings, the cocktails will be available through the summer season.

Husband and wife Owners Joe and Megan Krouse collaborated with Chef Bradford Phillips to offer a comfortable, eclectic setting to enjoy a range of signature dishes, including grilled steaks basted in worcestershire, garlic, thyme and olive oil; Irish organic salmon with grilled lemon, olive oil and thyme; Berkshire pork chops; fresh quinoa salad with grilled zucchini, squash, red onion, cider vinegar and basil; and for ending on a sweet note, sticky toffee pudding.
