If you want to celebrate Beverly Hills’ 100th birthday in style, you’d better head out to the 90210 this weekend.

The centennial celebration will be the block party to end all block parties, spanning the 200, 300 and 400 blocks of the iconic Rodeo Drive.

The Beverly Hills Independence Day part on Sunday, April 27th, will include a one-of-a-kind, 15,000 slice birthday cake presented by the Luxe Hotel Rodeo Drive and Guittard Chocolate.  The cake will stand approximately 10-feet high, 15-feet wide, 20-feet long and will weigh nearly 4,000 pounds, depicting the iconic Beverly Hills City Hall tower and Rodeo Drive.

Throughout the block party, the TASTE of Beverly Hills presented by American Express will celebrate the Beverly Hills Centennial Cookbook, which features signature dishes from the city’s acclaimed restaurants, including Spago, Mr. Chow Beverly Hills, The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, among others.

Carnival rides, including two four-story Ferris Wheels will spell out 1-0-0; 15 games will offer Beverly Hills-themed prizes; a 20-piece dance band with a performance by 100 dancers; and a fireworks grand finale above Rodeo Drive will include more than 3,500 pyrotechnics and pay tribute to the late actor Gene Kelly, who lived on Rodeo Drive for more than 40 years. R&B legend Martha Reeves will also be on hand to celebrate the event theme, “Dancing in the Street,” with a performance of the famed song.

Expected VIPs (whom will be gathered in a private suite at the Luxe) include Sharon, Ozzy and Jack Osbourne, Mel B, Brandy Norwood, Ali Laundry, Gabrielle Carteris, Erika Eleniak, Michael Grant, Patricia Ward Kelly,  cast members from “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” “Shahs of Sunset,” and “Beverly Hills Pawn” as well as Beverly Hills Mayor Lili Bosse.
