While booking directly through Palms.com, a guest will note their anticipated check-in time on the website (standard check-in time is at 3 p.m.). Upon arrival, the guest will provide the hotel with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message. On the day of departure, the guest will receive a reminder text about the scheduled departure time (the guest can even check out via text).
