Kelly Osbourne of “Fashion Police” and Osbourne fame has owned this sweet bungalow in Hollywood Hills West since 2005 and has been renting it out for quite some time at $4,600 per month. Lindsay Lohan may have even been a recent tenant, though we can’t confirm.
