A $303 million 440′ yacht owned by Russian billionaire Yuri Scheffler, has sailed into Miami’s turquoise waters. Scheffler, who controls SPI Group, which distributes Stolichnaya vodka internationally, may be aboard.  It could also be one lucky renter who may have chartered the yacht and its crew of 52 for approximately $5 million a week.

Big as it is, this “floating palace” is only the ninth biggest in the world. It boasts crazy amenities though, think two helicopter-landing platforms and a hangar, indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor cinema, “snow room” for kids,  and even a “Nemo” room from which guests can get a view under the sea through a very thick glass panel. and has more than 48,000 square feet of covered space within it’s seven decks.  sleeps 24 guests in 12 staterooms. The Serene makes news where ever it goes and Haute Living has kept up with the yacht as it is spotted at various ports of call from Los Angeles to Manhattan.
