You don’t have to go to Los Angeles to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Bryant Ng. The LA-based chef of The Spice Table will step into the Chefs Club in Aspen’s St. Regis for two nights of guest cooking and a morning cooking demonstration, Feb. 14 and 15. Ng was named a Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine in 2012. His menu will feature grilled and chilled shrimp with Vietnamese hot sauce, black cod with yellow curry custard and champagne in honor of Cupid’s favorite day.
The following weekend, chef Viet Pham of Salt Lake City’s Forage will host two dinners and cooking demonstration, Feb. 21 and 22. He was named Best New Chef in 2011, after working under award-winning chef Laurent Gras in San Francisco. He is working on a new restaurant project in Park City, Utah, called Fire & Water.
