Foodies and olive lovers, save the date – and your appetites – and get ready to eat like kings and queens. Epicurean treats await at Sonoma Valley’s Annual Feast of the Olive dinner this coming Saturday, January 25th at Ramekins Culinary School. The 13th annual event will be a very special night bringing together 19 premier Sonoma Valley chefs and winemakers for a fun evening of olive-inspired culinary creations.
Chefs will show their individual creativity utilizing the Valley’s celebrated second-largest crop; dishes will be curated using local, artisan olives and olive oils, while guests enjoy a feast for the senses as each table’s dedicated team of five to six executive chefs collaborate to prepare a five-course dinner of olive inspired culinary creations. Each dish will be paired with an award-winning wine from the Sonoma Valley.
The Feast of the Olive Dinner marks the mid-point of a series of olive-focused events in Sonoma valley. There are a variety of olive-related activities and events such as cooking demonstrations, Martini Madness, art exhibitions, olive curing workshops, among many others. Take a look here and enjoy!
