Dance the night away at Luxury Attache’s Top 5 Nightclubs in Manhattan.

1 Marquee

The Chelsea outpost has been long-running (for over 10 years) and has set the standard for an all-encompassing club scene- bottle service, EDM music and dancers whipping their hair and contorting seamlessly on top of stage balconies. Once relying on the “who’s who” of Manhattan to set the vibe, the club (which just came out of a top-to-bottom renovation) is now a music venue showcasing the hottest DJ’s from around the world. Not to worry though, the same scenesters- if not more haute one’s at that- still inhabit the space and dance and sip until the wee hours of the morning.

2 VIP Room

One of the most anticipated additions to New York City’s club scene, VIP Room is the place of the moment. Mixing the chicness of a Paris nightclub with Meatpacking’s trendsetter flare, VIP room has quickly skyrocketed to become one of the most frequented nightspots in Manhattan- that is if you can get past the red-velvet ropes. If you’re lucky enough to get inside, expect a night partying with socialites, celebrities and the “creme de la creme” of NYC. With hundreds of feet of floor-to-ceiling video screens adorning the 5,000-square-foot-space, it’s easy to feel as if you’ve slipped into a European dance club. Bump and grind to some of the world’s most famous DJ’s; it’s nothing short of a VIP experience.

3 TAO Downtown

Keeping in tandem with it’s Las Vegas outpost, Tao Downtown exudes such lavish grandiosity, you would think you were transported right to the strip. With its signature oversized Buddhas and exotic décor the place exudes class. After dining on their famous pan-Asian inspired cuisine, either stay in the main dining room or head to the Ink Bar lounge for the ultimate VIP treatment. Still not impressed? The space boasts two private skyboxes where you can dance the night away with bottle service and celebrities alike.

4 Finale

The 6,000-square-foot space adorned in top-to-bottom tufted blue-velvet is the brainchild of the EMM Group and the forces behind Pacha, so the party atmosphere has been thoughtfully prepared and executed to the highest degree. LED strips and a 12-foot by 6-foot video wall behind the DJ booth keep the party alive, along with the changing cast of buzzed-about DJ’s. But it’s the modelesque figures parading through the crowd that make for the scene- more so than other similar establishments in NYC. Everything about Finale evokes a sense of grandeur; it’s a true finale to the evening.

5 Avenue

When one thinks of a nightclub they think “models and bottles” -sans cuisine. But Avenue, the two-story nightclub on Manhattan’s LES serving up both food and bottle service breaks the norm. The self-described “gastro lounge” is heavily guarded, but once inside it’s easy to understand why club-dwellers, well, dwell on this place. Wood-paneling, aristocratic portraits and tarnished mirrors complement the comfort-food vibe where everything from the likes of waffle fries to Kung Pao Chicken Satay to pretzel dogs is served. But not to worry, there’s still a lot of action going on here with dancing, bottle service and a roster of crowd-pleasing DJs to keep the party going.
