Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. has laun-ched a brand new San Francisco office in collaboration with TeedHaze, the real estate partnership between Rick Teed & Butch Haze.
This haute new “lifestyle store” design concept located in the Marina district at 1934 Union Street kicked off it’s grand opening on September 19 and will join the company’s existing San Francisco operations at 117 Greenwich Street.
When you step into the new store, you’ll find the latest technology and information sharing systems to provide clients with up-to-date knowledge of the current real estate market. The objective is for both buyers and sellers to have the tools to make the most informed real estate investment decisions possible.
Teed and Haze created the lifestyle store as not only a marketplace for prospective clients, but also an environment to inspire members of the community, as well as to introduce them to significant developments in the city. “Our fundamental goal has always been based on how we can add the highest possible value to people’s lives,” says Teed. “We strive to give back to our community not only through real estate, but in the many charities we support. Our inspiration for the real estate lifestyle store comes from a deep passion for the empowerment of community, giving back for all that San Francisco has given to us.”


In an effort to engage individuals from the community, the duo will host an influential community leader at the store each Thursday to discuss ways of improving lives in San Francisco. Says Jeffrey Gibson, Vice President and Brokerage Manager of San Francisco’s Sotheby’s International Realty: “As a place of gathering that pushes the experiential and technological boundaries, the store offers an exciting alternative to the traditional model for a real estate boutique. This launch is the first ever of its kind in San Francisco, representing a fascinating step forward in the world of real estate.”
Pushing real estate technology boundaries even further, Teed and Haze are launching a new concept – a stylish new lifestyle video blog called SF Edge. The new “vlog” will be written by prominent tastemakers and influential contributing editors, and will cover a range of categories under new local and global developments.
Says the team: “By highlighting exceptional developments and broadcasting relevant information, our goal is to ensure that this store fast becomes a meeting place for those inspired by innovation.”
