Haute Secrets: Bo Nuage Co-Owner Audrey Achcar

Here are the haute secrets of Audrey Achcar, the co-owner of Bo Nuage, a new French patisserie that opened on Melrose last week. The French Achcar and husband Pascal first worked together an industrial bakery and training school in Mali, Africa. When their industry was destroyed in Africa, Achcar headed to Los Angeles to visit her mother, the owner of Lette Macarons.  She and Pascal both fell in love with Los Angeles and thus decided to brainstorm an idea for a true French patisserie, which is when the idea for Bo Nuage — “Beautiful Cloud” — was born.
