Las Vegas has turned into Cowboy Town and the Mirage has booked some of the best acts in country music to entertain rodeo fans during the 2013 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.  Performing on the first night of Rodeo Vegas, the official after-party of the NFR, was Tennessee native and country musician Dustin Lynch. Lynch played some of his best hits, including “Cowboys and Angels,” to a packed crowd who was ready to kick off the rodeo with the popular country artist.

On Friday night, country rocker Josh Thompson took over the Rodeo Vegas stage, performing hits including “Beer on the Table,” “Way Out Here” and “Won’t Be Lonely Long,” among others.  Before Thompson’s performance, Rodeo Vegas founder and NFR Steer Wrestling contestant KC Jones along with his wife Gayle joined Thompson backstage. Thompson and Jones enjoyed a couple drinks together and exchanged stories about life on the road.

Artists including Easton Corbin, Jerrod Niemann and Daryle Singletary among others will be performing.
