Hollywood’s A-listers who frequent Bootsy Bellows in Los Angeles now have a home in Aspen, with the announcement that the nightclub is opening a Rocky Mountain location this Friday, the Aspen Daily News reported. Taking over the Syzygy space on Hopkins Avenue, Bootsy Bellows will be an exclusive establishment, with access through a guest list or table reservations on many nights.

Bootsy Bellows is tied to actor David Arquette and is the same company,  h.wood.group, that launched Hooray Henry’s and SHOREbar in Los Angeles. The establishments have a reputation for eclectic drinks and shows, including puppetry. In Aspen, the club also plans to serve food, starting service at 5 p.m. Arquette and business partner John Terzian will be in Aspen for New Year’s Eve.

Syzygy is owned by Walt Harris, and has been an Aspen business for more than 20 years. He’ll still operate Ute City in the upstairs space above.
