It can get sweeter. Chefs Club by Food & Wine has named Sylvain Marrari its executive pastry chef, meaning 14 Michelin stars and years of award-winning experience at the Setai in Miami will now be showcased at the concept restaurant inside the St. Regis Aspen.

Originally from France, Marrari previously worked at Alain Ducasses’ restaurants Le Louis XV and the now closed, Le Spoon Des Neiges in Gstaad, Switzerland.

“Sylvain’s credentials are exceptional,” said Executive Chef Didier Elena. “His impressive expertise in the pastry arts will sweeten our offerings at Chefs Club and bring a new level of sophistication to the program.

Marrari will also join the opening team of Chefs Club by Food & Wine in New York in spring 2014.
